Most of us here at Bartlett’s have a keen interest in preparing and eating delicious food.  Morning conversations usually include discussions on what we ate for dinner the night before.  We all come from different walks of life and the recipes vary from something Mom or Grandma used to make to a recipe from our favorite food blog.  Or sometimes we just get creative.  We also have guest chefs do demonstrations on several Saturdays through the winter.  Browse the recipe selection below and see how we farm-folks eat and see what Nantucket’s creative chefs have shared with their audiences.
