Here are the Terms and Conditions

  1. Gift Cards are good for 7 years.
  2. Gift Cards must be redeemed at Bartlett's Farm toward the purchase of eligible products. GiftCards may be redeemed for the purchase of any good or service available at Bartlett's Farm.
  3. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund, except to the extent required by law.
  4. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's Gift Card account and is not transferable. The original expiration date will apply to any unused balance.
  5. If your order exceeds the amount of your Gift Card, you must pay for the balance with a credit card.
  6. GiftCard cash value is 1/10 of one cent.
  7. We are not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards. If you have any questions, please email us or call us at 508.228.9403.
  8. Bartlett's Farm will have the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card is either redeemed at Bartlett's Farm or is redeemed and used to make purchases at Bartlett's Farm.
  9. Bartlett's Farm may provide Gift Card purchasers with information about the redemption status of gift Cards.
  10. By visiting Bartlett's Farm, you agree that the laws of the state of Massachusetts, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Gift Card terms and conditions.
  11. Any dispute relating in any way to Bartlett's Farm gift Cards shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Nantucket, MA. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
  12. Bartlett's Farm reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion.
  13. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.
